At Splay Shoes, we want you to love your fit; if your new footwear isn't perfect, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. We are committed to providing a seamless experience to ensure your feet find their perfect match.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and ensure all tags are attached before sealing the shipping box.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
